Deleting your TablID account
TablID is operated by Qwaath Private Limited. This page is for the restaurant owners and staff who sign in to TablID with a phone number. It says how to delete that account, what goes with it, and what we are required to keep. A guest ordering at a table has no account to delete.
From the app
- Open TablID on your phone.
- Go to Settings, the last tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Read what it says, then tap the red button twice to confirm.
It happens immediately. You are signed out, and the number stops working as a way in.
If you cannot open the app
Ask us, from the phone number you sign in with, and we will delete it for you within 30 days — sooner in practice. We reply when it is done.
Call or message +91 76994 98982.
What is deleted
Your sign-in. The account itself is removed, so the number no longer opens TablID on any device.
Your phone number and your name, and the language you had chosen.
Your place in the restaurant— the owner, manager, kitchen or waiter role that let you in.
Any staff invitation sent to your number, and the alerts your phones were signed up for.
What happens to the restaurant
If you were its only owner, the restaurant stops taking orders and its table QR codes stop working the moment you delete your account. If somebody else owns it with you, it carries on without you and only your own account goes.
What we have to keep
Bills that were already settled stay in the restaurant’s own records. Indian tax and accounting rules require a business to keep them, so they are not ours to delete — and we keep them only for as long as those rules ask. They no longer carry your name or your number: what is left is an internal reference that identifies nobody.
Everything else described on our privacy page follows the same rule.
